Welcome to Bite Club, where we bring your favourite films to culinary life, so you can munch your way through the movies, and sip your way through the soundtrack! This week, we’re heading somewhere over the rainbow in celebration of WICKED: FOR GOOD soaring into cinemas.

Two cocktails on a bar table: a pink drink with foam in a flute and a green cocktail with an apple garnish in a martini glass. Blurred bar backdrop. Cocktails inspired by Elphaba and Glinda from the movie Wicked

Ordinarily, we recreate recipes directly from the screen, but this time, we’re shaking things up (literally) with two wicked cocktails inspired by the characters themselves. We’ve crafted one that’s bold, beautiful and green, just like Elphaba, and another that’s pink and sweet (but also a little sour) the very essence of Glinda.

These are the drinks we imagine Elphaba and Glinda would be sipping at the Ozdust Ballroom, and each drink comes in both alcoholic and mocktail versions, so whether you’re hosting a Wicked watch party or sneaking a little something sparkly into the cinema (we won’t tell), there’s a recipe here for everyone.

Grab your shaker, and let's get to it, because the best way to bring folks together is to give them a real good cocktail! 🧙 🍸
